What we are designing
Before anyone supports a family through Sisonke360, the intention is that they would be screened, trained in safeguarding and boundaries, and clear about what they must escalate. A Companion would not do regulated clinical or personal care unless appropriately qualified and authorised. Concerns would have a path to a person, not only a form.
That programme is not accredited, staffed or operating yet. We will not describe it as if it were.
