Sisonke360 intends to handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) once it processes personal information as an operating organisation. This notice describes the pre-launch website, not a live service.

Information
If you email us, we may hold your name, contact details and whatever you write. Form answers on this website stay in your browser unless you email them. We do not operate a server-side database of those forms today.
Purpose
To understand the problem families already face, to reply if you ask us to, and to shape a service that does not yet exist. We will not use a pre-launch email to pretend you are a customer.
Rights
POPIA gives people rights to access, correct and delete personal information a responsible party holds, and to object or complain. For answers stored only on your device, you control that copy. For email, write to us. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa. We are not claiming that a regulator has approved Sisonke360.
Cross-border
Families writing from outside South Africa may send email across borders. Say where you are comfortable being contacted. Do not include medical detail you would not want in an ordinary email.
