Draft for pre-launch. Not legal advice, and not a claim of regulatory approval. It will be reviewed before any service goes live.
Support them. Don't surveil them. Sisonke360 should respect independence and dignity. Being loved is not the same as being watched.
The intended permission levels are Private (only agreed essential or emergency information), Supported (selected wellbeing and support updates), Connected (agreed service and visit information), and Full support (broader authorised information where appropriate). These are design principles. There is no live permission console.
The person being supported should have a real say, wherever they are able to. Family members do not automatically see everything. Updates would go to people who are authorised, and only at the level that was agreed.
Proof of Presence, if built, is meant to confirm what happened — not to stream someone's home. We will not add cameras-as-care, and this website is not a monitoring product.
