How it works
Someone I love needs me. I can't physically be there. What happens next?
Sisonke360 is the proposed answer: not an app for its own sake, but trusted people, verification, coordination, the right professional when the need is clinical, family connection, and a record of what happened.
A preview of the idea. Not a live request.
One request. The appropriate response.

Sisonke360 is not a replacement for the police, an ambulance, or any other emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Your family already has a network. Sisonke360 helps bring it together.
Sisonke360 Circle is envisioned as the family's shared support network, so authorised people can coordinate, receive appropriate updates, and know who can help. Family doesn't stop being family because people live in different places.

Sometimes you don't need a clinician. You just need someone you can trust to be there.
Sisonke360 Companions are intended for appropriate non-clinical support. They do not perform regulated clinical or personal-care activities unless they are appropriately qualified and authorised.
- Companionship
- Check-ins
- Shopping and errands
- Technology assistance
- Appointment accompaniment
- Hospital companionship, where permitted
- Practical family support
- Respite-style companionship, within appropriate boundaries
You're overseas. Dad has an appointment. Your sister is working. The neighbour isn't available. Dad doesn't need a nurse. He needs someone trustworthy to be there.
That's where a Sisonke360 Companion could help.
Could. The Companion network is not operating yet.
The right person for the right need.
Qualified when needed. Flexible when available.
A future Sisonke360 Professional network may include appropriately registered professionals. They are not contracted today. A Companion should never perform work requiring a healthcare professional. And a family shouldn't need to pay for a clinician when they simply need companionship.

- Psychologists
- Emergency-care professionals
- Other appropriately regulated professionals
Right person. Right need. Right time.
Familiar faces matter.
Sisonke360 should not feel like strangers constantly appearing at someone's door. Wherever possible, the Family Team model aims to build continuity around the family rather than simply sending whoever happens to be available.
